4. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

Prices are quoted in INR or USD, exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made via approved channels such as bank transfer, LC, or digital payment gateway.

  • Full payment or agreed advance is required prior to dispatch.
  • Delays or default in payment may lead to suspension of orders.
  • Any bank fees or transfer charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Products are shipped under standard Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) agreed upon during quotation. Once goods are handed to the carrier, risk passes to the buyer. Vital Morsel ensures proper packaging and documentation for customs clearance.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Claims

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only for justified quality issues reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Cancellations after production commencement are subject to cost recovery charges.

  • Claims must include photographic or lab evidence.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after internal verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, graphics, and website content are the intellectual property of Vital Morsel. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vital Morsel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or website access. Total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the concerned goods.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
